Finite Element Methods for Acoustics
The field of acoustics is concerned with the propagation of sound and vibration waves in various media. Computational methods (virtual acoustics) are effective in resolving acoustic problems. Dynamic systems representation varies with analysis frequency: deterministic methods for low frequencies and statistical methods for high frequencies. Numerical methods can solve governing equations at both frequencies.
We use finite methods to analyze dynamic behavior at low and high frequencies. Our unified framework lets users to design and optimize products with better acoustic characteristics without needing to master various numerical methods.
